Most customers pay us with checks, a few pay with cash, but South Florida SealCoat now also accepts Paypal, Mastercard and Visa (processed through Paypal). If you choose to use Paypal, you will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. (We appologise for the processing fee, but that's what Paypal charges us, and we don't want to have to have to universally increase our estimates to all of our customers to cover the processing fees. We hope you understand.)
Also please note, all payments made by Paypal, Visa or Mastercard require prepayment in full at least one (1) day prior to the commencement of work. We appologise for this policy, but due to Florida statutes, work completed on a home owners property where a credit card payment is then declined is far more difficult for to collect. Hense the reason for this this policy.

At South Florida SealCoat, we are upfront and honest about our pricing.
We always provide a written estimate.
Our estimates are not warm fuzzy numbers we pluck out of the air. We always provide a detailed written estimate, a comprehensive quote worksheet, or a quote card.
There are several things that we take into account when calculating your estimate. These include: area square footage, driveway or parking lot condition (cracking, edge damage, potholes, faded / damaged stripping, damaged / missing car stops, ect...), site conditions (landscaping, gutters, curbing as well as other special considerations) labor requirements, and estimated vehicle traffic.
A Word of caution... In the asphalt maintenance industry, there are a lot of weekend warriors, traveling "gypsy" seal coaters (if you can even call them that) and out right scam artists out there. When getting estimates, South Florida SealCoat Strongly recommends that you deal only with an established Local Seal Coating Contractor that provides a written estimate. (not just a verbal price or some number jotted down on a piece of paper or on the back of a business card.) Lastly, for informational purposes, a proper written estimate should always include a company letterhead and contain address and contact information for the company.
